RoWars is an escrow marketplace for Roblox-related digital goods, operated by an individual operator based in Lithuania. Contact for anything privacy-related: Justaasv@gmail.com or a Support ticket on the site.
To run the marketplace: verifying deposits, holding and releasing escrow, reviewing listings and ownership proofs, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and multi-account abuse, showing your public profile, and answering support. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising.
Data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication and Firebase Hosting) on Google Cloud infrastructure in the EU region we selected. Google acts as our processor under its Firebase privacy terms.
Your public profile can show your username, avatar, banner, member-since date, verified Roblox/Discord names, sales count, star rating, reviews and your public listings. You control each of these with the toggles in Account → Public profile. Published listings are visible to everyone, including signed-out visitors.
We use Firebase's local storage/session mechanisms to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Data is kept while your account exists. Transaction records for completed deals may be retained after account deletion where needed for fraud prevention and legal obligations. To delete your account and data, send a request from your account email or a Support ticket — we act on it within 30 days.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and request a copy of your data. Contact us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Lithuania: VDAI).
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and it will be removed.
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
