Terms of Service

1. What RoWars is

RoWars ("the Service", "we") is an escrow marketplace where users list, auction and buy Roblox-related digital goods: game templates, assets, and shares of game revenue. The Service is operated by an individual operator (contact below). Every trade is held in escrow and handled manually by staff — funds are only released after the buyer confirms delivery.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use Roblox and the payment method you choose in your country.
• One account per person. Provide accurate information and keep your login secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Offensive usernames and content are filtered and may be removed. Staff may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Wallet, deposits and withdrawals

• Your balance is a record of funds held by the operator on your behalf. It is not a bank account and earns no interest.
• Deposits (PayPal or Robux) and withdrawals are verified and paid out manually by staff. Minimums and the current Robux rate are shown in the Wallet.
• Robux payments follow Roblox platform rules, including group membership requirements for payouts.
• Deposits made without a matching code, or from third-party accounts, may be delayed or returned.

4. Listings and ownership verification

• All listings are reviewed by staff before going public and may be rejected or removed at staff discretion.
• Game-share listings require a verified linked Roblox account and ownership proof. Listing something you do not own or control is fraud and leads to a ban.
• You keep ownership of your content but grant RoWars the right to display it on the Service.

5. Purchases, auctions and escrow

• Bids and purchases require sufficient balance. Winning an auction or buying an item moves the amount into escrow.
• Sellers deliver through staff. The buyer confirms delivery, then staff release the payout to the seller.
• If a deal fails, either side can open a dispute. Staff review the evidence and decide whether escrow is released or refunded. Staff decisions on disputes are final.
• Attempting to complete a deal outside the Service to avoid escrow or fees is prohibited and removes any protection.

6. Fees

A flat marketplace fee (shown on the Sell page, currently a percentage of the sale) is deducted from the sale amount when a payout is released. Deposits and withdrawals carry no RoWars fee; PayPal or Roblox may apply their own.

7. Promo codes

Promo codes (balance top-ups or discounts) are limited to one use per account, may have expiry dates and claim limits, and can be changed or revoked at any time. Abusing codes with multiple accounts leads to removal of the credit and a ban.

8. Profiles and reviews

After a completed deal both sides may leave a one-time star rating and note. Reviews must be honest and clean; fake, abusive or retaliatory reviews can be removed by staff. Your public profile shows what you enable in your settings.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, chargebacks abuse, selling content you have no rights to, or misrepresenting listings.
• Harassment, hate speech, or attempting to exploit, scrape or attack the Service.
• Using RoWars for anything illegal in your country or ours.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, pending legitimate escrow deals and balances are settled first.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount held in your RoWars balance at the time of the claim. We are not liable for actions of other users, of Roblox, PayPal, or other third-party platforms.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date changes when we do, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
